the crashlog was the same reason, i still belive you have a bad workshop mod
if you need help to find that mod, make a public workshop collection of your subscribed items and give me the link so i can see what mods you use.
i pretty much know what mods might cause problems. you should not use any fps saving mods(they all like to crash), dont use stuff like this https://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=241406979. basically map mods will never lead you to crashes and weapon mods too. only the unusual stuff. it might even be a menu mod or icons!

go to l4d2 workshop
click on Browse tab and then on Collections, then you should see a button on the right side to create your own collection
but,, i think you need to select them manually, i dont sure.. you might have a long list of addons to select..

didnt use hack to play the game for a while, and clearly it wont crash....
dont think its my problem or maybe not a problem.
I search for "KERNELBASE.dll" and said its a driver or computer's problem, think about only play l4d2 on third party server and use with hack will cause the crash......

Whats ddu? And maybe there's something in the cheat that makes you crash but it shouldnt crash you anyways

Edit: crashes upon injection might happen sometimes. Its normal..

no i dont need dxdiag, seems like you had faulty driver version, i heard not too long ago that nvidia's newest drivers has problems

i think you might have done something you didnt need to. since you nonsteam you cant verify your gamefiles, try to redownload the game to restore all the files to default state, after that do what @Lorian told you and it should work just fine
