I just played 1 or 2hour and nothing's happened :flexedbiceps: :smilingfacewithsunglasses:   
so I really think, or maybe, or kinda, is mods fault LMFAO

the crashlog was the same reason, i still belive you have a bad workshop mod
if you need help to find that mod, make a public workshop collection of your subscribed items and give me the link so i can see what mods you use.
i pretty much know what mods might cause problems. you should not use any fps saving mods(they all like to crash), dont use stuff like this https://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/f...=241406979. basically map mods will never lead you to crashes and weapon mods too. only the unusual stuff. it might even be a menu mod or icons!

Now it opens a Window, but then it crashes. I'm using the Vr.dll for nonsteam (cause I have the nonsteam L4D2) but before opening the L4D2 it appears 3 exact erros, talking about "chromehtml.dll". But the thing here is, it opens a Window and then crashes.

i think you might have done something you didnt need to. since you nonsteam you cant verify your gamefiles, try to redownload the game to restore all the files to default state, after that do what @Lorian told you and it should work just fine

didnt use hack to play the game for a while, and clearly it wont crash....
dont think its my problem or maybe not a problem.
I search for "KERNELBASE.dll" and said its a driver or computer's problem, think about only play l4d2 on third party server and use with hack will cause the crash......
so, I think, 
maybe,
there's something "Compatibility issues", we dont know yet.

What's up? Tried the Unknowncheats version today and it doesn't work. The only L4D2 Visuals that work is one of the first versions of the cheat (the one I used for a long time cause didn't know that this cheat was active updating), so... I really want to try the Reborn one, but idk why it doesn't work, even when I tried everything y'all said.

But I am using 3070 with the newest driver without crash yet
