Why can't Bhop be bound to a key for mouse wheel

Hotkey system needs to be replaced for it to work on all keys
But.. why would ypu bind it to wheelmouse? Use humanized bhop for that, it mimics wheelmouse bhop

Because the humanized method is not as good as my own manual jumping. Then by binding the mouse wheel, I can perform better consecutive jumps.
