Left4Dead2 Visuals Multihack

I took my daily peak at the Hotfixes and noticed the Console Command Forcer, may I ask what exactly its intended purpose is for and commands that would work for it, or should it wait and be a surprise?

It let's you set almost any console command value you want safely, without risking any bans from anything. But.. some console commands require you to have sv_cheats enabled before. If you dont, the game might crash

Oh I see, are the console commands client side only? or can I force all talk with it? And I am assuming regardless of what its capable of things like god and buddha are definitely out of the question hopefully.
