I'd recommend using DXVK version 2.3.1 or 2.3. If you insist on using a newer version and are experiencing stuttering or frame drops, try adding the following two parameters to your DXVK.conf file:
dxvk.enableGraphicsPipelineLibrary = False
d3d9.forceAspectRatio = false

I will give this version of DXVK a try. As a matter of fact, there are no issues at all with both the game and the helper tool if you launch it without Vulkan mode — DX9 mode allows you to load the helper tool, yet the game tends to crash easily when there are too many mods installed. However, if you enable Vulkan mode, while the game can run for four or five hours straight without any crashes, you won’t be able to use the helper tool.That’s why I’ve been racking my brain over whether the helper tool can be made compatible with Vulkan mode.
