Maybe you are confused, because when using exploit people will see you look like lag, not screen shaking.

he means that old lagexploit makes the screen go forwards and backwards so its annoying
and psilent doesnt make your screen shake, it makes it shake less.. however for now its being used only to temper with anticheats. besides that silent aimbot angles arent visible to spectators since long time ago, it includes shakes and such things. i dont know if you noticed that legit configs includes nospread and norecoil.....
