Theres no such file. theres only config file and its not editable outside of the menu

Hi, I would like to ask how LagExploit works and how to use it, and how the Smoker glitch works? Once, I managed to catch a player with the tongue and drag him across the entire map, but it only happened once, and since then, nothing, so I don’t know how it works properly. Seems like ability glitch isnt consistent. Not sure and theres youtube videos of lagexploit tricks. Search a few pages back it was posted sometime ago
