I want to ask if using Speed Hack + Fake Angle will make it hard for the opponent's cheat to hit me So is there a way to use the effect of Speed Hack + Fake Angle without the acceleration effect of Speed Hack to make it difficult for the opponent to hit me as well?

Use fakelag or lagexploit to be harder to hit. If you want "legit" dont use speedhack or spinner
