1. no, theres no way to deny/cancel a vote. You have two options if you wish not to be kicked, or at least to make this action more difficult
     * Exit to the main menu and rejoin the game in record time (the least feasible for obvious reasons)
     * Change your name to that of your teammates constantly (players will be able to kick you if they use the console)

2. Dont use the features marked as "detected" in the menu. Or just use the redogg's config from the first post

I'm just wondering if I can use the "Rage" configuration to play on a server that has the "Littel Anti-Cheat" anti-cheat plugin

And how to achieve the effect of crazy name change in the existing version, since you don't like this feature, can you tell us how to use it and how to use it automatically

Basically you cant rage at all in community servers. I mean you can bypass the anti cheat complely and rage all day long but you will be banned in no time by admins.
To bypass anticheats apply psilent and put x and y on fakeangle option
