great cheat btw.  So when i use the regular scope with sniper i notice the silent aim shoots outside of the fov but if i doubl click my mouse 3 button/scroll wheel it unlocks some kind of zoomed out sniper scope and it shoots within the fov,  How can i use the zoomed out version without it switching back by itself or better yet make it to where the scope does shoot outside of the silent aim fov?

Mouse 3 should be your zoom key ingame, so once you press it it will let you really zoom. Its little broken but it does the job
