Left4Dead2 Visuals Multihack

Yes my windows is up to date. Im running win 11 and it automatically gets the updates it needs so i dont think the windows being out of date is the problem here.
I tried the game without the hack and it works just fine. I could join an online game and it didn't crash whatsoever.
And yes with the files in the game folder and it didn't crash. So obviously it's something related to the hack. Maybe an option from there is causing this, i don't know. Or maybe it's something windows related. Hard to tell really. Maybe other win 11 users are experiencing something similar? Or maybe everyone else is running windows 10. Not sure. All i know is that it's ridiculous.

Thanks! Got ryzen integrated gpu with nvidia as main gpu so i dont think thats an issue. Although i cant seem to be able to install radeon drivers because they seem to be conflicting with nvidia so i didn't bother to use the integrated gpu anyway. It's really strange. Im not sure thats where the problem would originate from. I just did an update check today and i'm up to date so i'll try and see what comes of it. Hopefully this will go away eventually with new updates, provided they are the issue. If only these damn crashes would provide helpful info then it would be easier to pinpoint the exact cause. I tried joining an online game first then injecting the hack but the game crashed when i tried to get back into it. Really strange.
