always crashes? im almost sure its a problem on your end
the crash come from this file *C:\Windows\System32\apphelp.dll
and it crashes on directx 0_o, try to reinstall directx https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download...aspx?id=35

Not always, sometime will crash.
I think I know the reason, I have running a program using gpu

really not sure bro, the crash came from trying to create a directx device, maybe some software already created a directx device for l4d2 and when injecting it fails to create another one? not sure.. try to do what you said, see if it helps
