I'm loving your work @redogg ! I'm wondering, will the overlay remain free forever or it's just a matter of time until we will have to pay to be able to use this software?

    Maybe I will pay in the future, but no matter what, I will always support redogg. I have been using his cheats for free for four years, and if payment is required, I should support him by paying.

            This issue was fixed long time ago but seems like its back. Wait for next version
              Is there a way I can get my hands on an older version of your multihack? The Load/Save CFG is really annoying.

                        I was wondering after I installed DXVK for the game and enabled Vulkan, the injection software keeps crashing immediately. Is there any way to fix this issue?

                          I tested it sometime ago to see if i gain fps and seems like i hadthe same issue as you until i read online that my gpu dont support anything higher than dxvk 1.10.3 bexaus  my gpu is trash. If ita not the case then send crash file

                            I have a lot of mods installed for Left 4 Dead, so the game crashes very easily without DXVK enabled. When I try removing the -vulkan launch option, the program can load and run properly. But as soon as I add the -vulkan option to enable DXVK, the game crashes immediately. Try without vulkan option. Install dxvk from github manually with d3d9.dll thats what i did
                              I also dont think dxvk is being appiled when using vulkan option, corrent me if im wrong

                              And.. the game runs very well on directx, if you crash, you need to find the cause which its workshop probably, dxvk will not magically fix such problems.

                              About visual reborn, theres no longer such issues of addons causing the game to crash because visuals was injected. Your game will crash anyways

                                To use DXVK, you need to replace the dxvk_d3d9.dll in the Bin folder with the one from the manually installed DXVK (downloaded from GitHub), then copy dxgi.dll to the game's main directory, and finally add the -vulkan launch option—only then will DXVK take effect.
                                If you don’t include -vulkan in the launch options, DXVK won’t work. When you try entering Mat_info in the console, the ShaderAPI will show DX9 mode. To confirm a successful DXVK installation, the ShaderAPI should display either Shaderapivk or an entry labeled Active API: VULKAN.
                                Additionally, I’ve tried running the game without loading DXVK, and it runs perfectly fine with the Visual Reborn mod.

                                  I tried to install dxvk 1.10.3 as i told you before just by dragging d3d9.dll and dxgi.dll, maybe few more files, i dont fully remember and it made my game run worse, like 100 fps less. I didnt check the mat_info thing but im pretty sure it was working because i switched it back and forth multiple times for testing
                                  And i know this dxvk version is old, not sure it appiles to newer versions. I assume you run 2.4.1 or newer no?

                                  And i think 1.10.3 runs the best on this game

                                    Yes, I'm using the latest version. I need to rename D3D9 to dxvk_d3d9 for it to work. I'll try an older version instead. Since I have quite a few 4K/HD texture mods installed, the game tends to crash easily without DXVK. But it's okay—I'll just remove some mods when using it. The problem is that the game crashes immediately when I switch to Vulkan mode, and the frame rate is terrible with DX9. That's why I'm asking if there's a way to fix this crash and get them compatible.

                                        Can you bypass or create a program to override the L4D2 Center anti-cheat? So I can use your hack, bro.

                                          No sorry. Its no easy task.
                                          Im almost sure there is a bypass but its kept private because soon as it be public they will patch the bypass

                                            I'd recommend using DXVK version 2.3.1 or 2.3. If you insist on using a newer version and are experiencing stuttering or frame drops, try adding the following two parameters to your DXVK.conf file:
                                            dxvk.enableGraphicsPipelineLibrary = False
                                            d3d9.forceAspectRatio = false

                                              1.10.3 should fit this game the best. Newest versions are horrible in l4d2 as you said

                                                I will give this version of DXVK a try. As a matter of fact, there are no issues at all with both the game and the helper tool if you launch it without Vulkan mode — DX9 mode allows you to load the helper tool, yet the game tends to crash easily when there are too many mods installed. However, if you enable Vulkan mode, while the game can run for four or five hours straight without any crashes, you won’t be able to use the helper tool.That’s why I’ve been racking my brain over whether the helper tool can be made compatible with Vulkan mode.
