i have heard of this, but a few months ago there was an update where they patched an issue that could be related to this

Your Lagexploit key maybe stuck.. And what other options you've enabled?

the crash come from this file *C:\Windows\System32\apphelp.dll
and it crashes on directx 0_o, try to reinstall directx https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=35

Not always, sometime will crash.
I think I know the reason, I have running a program using gpu
Maybe this will affect it

really not sure bro, the crash came from trying to create a directx device, maybe some software already created a directx device for l4d2 and when injecting it fails to create another one? not sure.. try to do what you said, see if it helps
