I tried 2.7.1 and 2.7—the performance was terrible on my AMD RX 9060 XT. Those two lines are a workaround to get older versions (e.g., 2.3.1) working with some non-Vulkan Cheat DLLs, but this workaround isn't universal. I also don't launch the game with -vulkan.

I will give this version of DXVK a try. As a matter of fact, there are no issues at all with both the game and the helper tool if you launch it without Vulkan mode — DX9 mode allows you to load the helper tool, yet the game tends to crash easily when there are too many mods installed. However, if you enable Vulkan mode, while the game can run for four or five hours straight without any crashes, you won’t be able to use the helper tool.That’s why I’ve been racking my brain over whether the helper tool can be made compatible with Vulkan mode.
If you're set on trying a new DXVK version, here are the settings from my dxvk.conf that you might find useful:
dxvk.conf:

hi,redogg,could u please help me with a dev problem->i made a function of no visual recoil and put it in FrameStateNotify(i make sure i hooked it successfully),and i dumped some netvars,then checked offsets of no visual recoil such as m_vecPunchAngel and m_vecPunchAngelvel,of course it's correct,but didnt work(by the way,i made nofog and worked)
i'm a noob of dev work,but i like it,it costs my 2 days to make it out where go wrong,but i failed

Can you fix the animation issue? It’s really out of sync. I’ve had several problems where, when I kill the Witch, I aim right at her but she doesn’t die. It’s as if her hitbox and her animation are way out of sync. Without using cheats, she gets crowned easily—you hit her where her animation is and she dies. This applies to all the Infected in general. You aim perfectly at the special infected, but they don’t die—it doesn’t register. It’s because their actual hitbox is way ahead or behind. It only happens when we use cheats. Please fix just that, since some of us don’t use aimbots so we don’t get banned. Thanks :D

redogg the menu wndproc input blocker works when insert is pressed but the menu does not shows up
You literally need to force vulkan in the game for the menu to render wich is not only annoying but also problematic since people including myself are unable to use this shit because of that
