Did you install directx user end runtime?
Edit: make sure your gmod is set on 64bit and not 32bit |

What version of the game are you using and what injector? I tried both xenos and riscript injector and failed to inject.

note: theres a rare bug in this version, your weapons might become invisible very rarely, type this in console this to fix the issue if it happens "record 123;stop" (or "stopdemo" i dont remember XD)
