Haha yes I understand but I still belive you subscribed to some workshop addon that makes crashes. If it takes time to remove them just try it on another steam account with family share or something
Or you can rename folder named addons in game folder to something else to not load your workshop mods

Just many people tested it for hrs, including me and we didn't get that issue

視訊->進階設定->SHADER細節 "中"、可用的分配記憶體 "高"
能將常見的閃退問題解決掉 建議把 效果細節"高" 模型/材質細節 "高" 多核心採現"高" 搭配使用

※車諾比一連進去就閃退的 這樣改就能連進而不會閃退 可以透過這張圖來確認有沒有改善
※如果還是有閃退，代表你的某個mod存在著問題

2.通常以下敘述的mod是造成閃退的原因
高清類:比如HD的環境物件、HD槍枝SKIN 等等
紋理類:血漬、有些特感紋理細緻化 等等
RNG類:有隨機成份存在的mod 等等

※通常含有腳本的mod在連別人的房時最好不要開啟，以防閃退
※特感類的mod常常也是造成閃退的問題
※這些算是常造成閃退的主要元兇，可以多多留意
※如果排除還是有閃退的問題，就得花時間一個一個去做排錯的測試

I fully don't agree with the first thing, it shouldn't be matter at all but.. it can be matter if you subscribe to broken l4d2 workshop mods, some people don't make their mods correctly and it results in crashes with or without injection
