1. you can create bind with these commands:
   bind "key" "cl_pitchup 77" *this will help you to raise heights easily*
   bind "key" "cl_pitchdown 12" *this is for ceiling, you can change it to slightly lower decimal values if you want*

3. there is no such thing as "anti-aimbot", what you saw is an aimbot error due to prediction by speedhackers or fakelaggers... I know ways to slow down the aimbot tracking but the truth is that they are very annoying/uncomfortable to use

edit: you can create an autoexec where you only have binds for ceiling, although I would never do it but it's a way...

example:
bind "1" "cl_pitchdown 11.79"
bind "2" "cl_pitchdown 89" *default command*

you may be banned on some servers if you modify either of these two commands, so I would only recommend doing this for official servers

ehh.. you will not get banned if you put bypass mouse option or whatever it called
unlock mouse option
