@redogg When I kill a special infection, I should show the resurrection time of the special infection, so that I can meet the next wave of special infection more easily.

If you mean when the infected is going to spawn next then use scoreboard option to see whos dead/alive. Theres no need for special timer because spawn time is almost always the same
