Left4Dead2 Visuals Multihack

So, my game achievements are stuck and not moving forward. Checked the console and saw this:"Achievements disabled: cheats turned on in this app session. Achievements disabled, ignoring achievement progress for ACH_KILL_X_INFECTED_LIFETIME." Anyone else run into this? Any hacks to fix it? Thanks a bunch for any input!
