Is there a way to see the special infected without spawning and know where they will spawn?

In the chams part boss xyz comes out but it is confusing to see the infected even without generating

Hi, some options like esp/hitboxes or player info show ghosts

Edit: idk what version you use but latest version ghosts arent seen at all in chams
